A total of 28 goals were scored across Major League Soccer in Week 8 -- most in a single week this season -- but none were better than Sporting Kansas City midfielder Benny Feilhaber's 95th-minute equalizer in the team's 4-4 draw at Houston last Saturday.
The stunning strike from outside the penalty area was awarded MLS Goal of the Week by MLSsoccer.com today, winning 42.49 percent of the vote and going into the Sporting KC record books as the second-latest away goal in team history.

Feilhaber -- making his 75th career start for Sporting KC in all competition -- scored twice in the final 10 minutes of last weekend's thriller, converting a penalty kick in the 80th minute before his half-volley beat Tyler Deric in stoppage time for the first two-goal game of his five-year MLS career.
"I'm going through a moment right now where I'm getting goals (and) getting assists which is always great. It brings your confidence up. It allows you to be a better leader and more of a team player out on the field when you're out there," Feilhaber said on The Sporting KC Show earlier this week. "This is a great moment in my career right now. I feel very confident."
The World Cup veteran -- a unanimous Team of the Week selection -- leads MLS with five assists in 2015 and is a finalist for MLS Player of the Month in April. Voting began Thursday online at MLSsoccer.com and will remain open through 11:59 p.m. PT on Saturday.
