Each week, SportingKC.com will recap SKC Academy players in college who appeared with their respective collegiate programs the previous weekend. Last weekend, six players found their way on the scoresheet with three playing for programs ranked in the top-15 of the country.
Eric DeJulio - Creighton, Senior defender
- Played 90 minutes in two matches for the No. 1 ranked Blue Jays; a 1-0 win over Tulsa and a 2-0 win over Northern Illinois
- Creighton has allowed just one goal in seven matches this year
Daniel Hare - Loyola Chicago, Senior defender
- Played 25 minutes in a 1-1 overtime draw vs. Butler
Andrew Lightner - Dayton, Senior defender
- Tallied an assist in a 6-0 win over Bowling Green following an appearance in a 1-1 draw to Western Michigan
Nate Opperman - Evansville, Senior forward
- Recorded a shot on goal in a 3-0 loss to Indiana
Joe Amico - Jacksonville, Junior defender
- Appeared in three matches last week for Jacksonville; a 4-3 loss to Campbell, a 1-0 oss to UNC Greensboro and a 3-2 loss to University of Central Florida
- Scored a goal in the loss to Campbell
Paul Dean - Rockhurst University, Junior defender
- Scored his first goal of the year in a 2-1 win over McKendree following an appearance in a 2-0 win over the University of Illinois-Springfield
Seo-In Kim - UC Santa Barbara, Junior midfielder
- Recorded four shots on goal combined in last week's 3-1 win over College of Charleston and a 4-2 win over UCLA
Austin Wilcox - Cal-Poly, Junior midfielder
- Recorded five shot attempts combined in a 4-1 loss to UCLA and a 2-1 win over College of Charleston
Wes White - UMKC, RS Sophomore midfielder
- Tallied an assist in 79 minutes of action in a 4-1 loss to Western Illinois
Heath Honold - West Virginia, Sophomore midfielder
- Played 54 minutes in a 3-1 loss to Georgetown
Mason Leonard - Drake, Sophomore defender
- Featured in a 3-2 win over DePaul
Matt Lewis - Fordham, Sophomore defender
- Saw time in both of Fordham's victories lsat weekend; a 3-2 win over Fairfield and a 1-0 win over Columbia
JoJo Piatzcyc - West Virginia, Sophomore midfielder
- Tallied one shot attempt in 90 minutes of action in a 3-1 loss to No. 25 ranked Georgetown
Cole Stevenson - Denver, Sophomore forward
- Scored the game-winning goal in a 1-0 win over Saint Louis University.
- The goal was Stevenson's third of the year and fourth of his career
- Also played 62 minutes in a 2-1 win over Utah Valley
- Denver is ranked No. 12 in the latest polls
Zach Wright - North Carolina, Sophomore forward
- Wright (pictured, above), recorded two assists in a 4-2 win over No. 14 ranked Notre Dame and played 38 minutes in a 2-1 win over North Florida
Nic Jaimes - Drake, Freshman midfielder
- Score his second goal of the year in a 3-2 win over DePaul
Hector Solorio - Niagara, Freshman midfielder
- The freshman midfielder featured in Niagara's 4-0 win over St. Bonaventure and their 2-2 draw against Buffalo
Tucker Stephenson - West Virginia, Freshman forward
- Played 59 minutes in last week's 3-1 loss to Georgetown
