The 25-year-old Sporting KC Academy product saw his storybook season continue Wednesday in a 1-1 draw against the San Jose Earthquakes at Children's Mercy Park. With 94 minutes on the clock and Sporting down a goal, Salloi hammered home from close range to record the latest game-tying goal in club regular season history.
Salloi's case for MLS All-Star inclusion has become undeniable in recent weeks. The Hungarian ranks among the league leaders in goals, goals and primary assists combined, match-winning goals, shots and involvement in the opponent's penalty area.
