Sporting Kansas City enters tonight’s contest with the Chicago Fire at Children’s Mercy Park with seven players on the club’s injury report.
Defender Botond Barath (chest) is off the injury report, though Jimmy Medranda (hamstring), Johnny Russell (hamstring) and Graham Zusi (adductor) all remain questionable. They’re joined by Roger Espinoza (PCL), Erik Hurtado (knee), Jaylin Lindsey (meniscus) and Rodney Wallace (hip), who all remain out with longer-term injuries.
Chicago arrives in Kansas City with just two players on their injury report as Johan Kappelhof (thigh) is questionable and Jorge Corrales (thigh) is out.
