Sporting Kansas City's run in the MLS is Back Tournament is picking up some serious steam.
Manager Peter Vermes' side has advanced to the quarterfinal stage of the historic competition in Disney World, and with stakes as high as ever, supporters will have the opportunity to band together Thursday night when Sporting squares off with the Philadelphia Union at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
With a pivotal quarterfinal showdown beckoning, fans of all ages are welcome to sign up for Sporting's next Virtual Watch Party presented by Continental Tire. After filling out the online form, supporters will receive an email with a Zoom link and password prior to the match.
As an added perk, every watch party participant will be automatically entered into Continental Tire's sweepstakes to win autographed team gear, $1,000 in gift certificates and more.
Sporting and Philadelphia will kick off at 7 p.m. CT Thursday with live coverage on ESPN, ESPN Deportes, the ESPN app, Sports Radio 810 WHB and La Grande 1340 AM. The winner will advance to the MLS is Back Tournament semifinals next Wednesday, Aug. 5.
