A new edition of the Sporting KC Show aired on Sports Radio 810 WHB on Friday as hosts Aly Trost Martin and Nate Bukaty were joined by Sporting forward Khiry Shelton ahead of Saturday's match-up with MLS Cup champions LAFC at Children's Mercy Park. In addition, Sporting midfielder Erik Thommy was a special guest on The Program with Soren Petro on Friday afternoon.

Shelton capped off the scoring in Sporting's 4-1 win over Austin FC last weekend in the 89th minute as he hammered home a rebound on the initial attempt from Thommy, who also provided the game-winning assist in the victory.
Riding a four-match home winning streak that has propelled Sporting into playoff position, the boys in blue will welcome LAFC to Children's Mercy Park on Saturday. Kick off is set for 7:30 p.m. CT and tickets for the Western Conference clash can be purchased online at SeatGeek, including standing room only tickets as well as the Sporting U Pass for college students.Â
Saturday's showdown will be broadcast live on Apple TV in English and Spanish for MLS Season Pass subscribers with a one-month free trial  available for fans.
