Brad Davis is a fiery competitor. Sporting KC fans have known that for years as the Missouri native featured for long-time rival Houston Dynamo.
On Sunday, that fiery nature turned from bright orange to Sporting blue as Davis scored the game-winning goal in only his second match as a member of Sporting KC in a 1-0 win over Toronto FC. That goal was not without controversy, however, as many TFC players, coaches and media thought Davis had fouled defender Justin Morrow on the goal-scoring play. MLS broadcaster Brian Dunseth weighed in on the play in his weekly Instant Replay segment on MLSsoccer.com.
On Tuesday, Davis joined the Sporting KC Show on Sports Radio 810 WHB to break down the goal with Nate Bukaty and Carter Augustine and also discuss another controversial play from the match.
