The MLS Disciplinary Committee has issued an undisclosed fine and an additional game suspension (two games total) to Sporting Kansas City forward Krisztian Nemeth for serious foul play during the 51st minute of Sporting’s match against Vancouver Whitecaps FC on May 18.
Nemeth, who initially received a red card for the incident, served his first match suspension on Sunday against Seattle Sounders FC and will serve his additional match suspension on Wednesday against the LA Galaxy.
