After a scoreless first half, Jamaica broke through in the 62nd minute through Clayton Donaldson. The Birmingham City striker found himself unmarked on a corner kick and headed directed his header past goalkeeper Johnny Placide for the game-winning goal.

They’ll result World Cup qualifying with a pair of matches against Panama on March 25 (home) and March 29 (away). Costa Rica currently leads the group with six points, while Panama and Jamaica are tied for second place with three points each.
