Sporting KC invites boys and girls to #PlayTheSportingWay in 2015 and will again be offering a series of youth camps to foster the next generation of soccer players in the region. Registration is now open at SportingKC.com/camps for upcoming camp opportunities, beginning with the Spring Break Development Camp from March 16-18 at Swope Soccer Village for competitive players between the ages of 8-16.

Prior to the end of the schoolyear, Swope Soccer Village will also host six weeks worth of sessions for Spring Academy Evaluation participants (invitation only), as well as members of the second annual Speed and Agility for Soccer training camp (led by former U.S. MNT fitness coach Mateus Manoel). The state-of-the-art complex features nine fields after the completion of a $15.5 million expansion and serves as the official training ground of Sporting Kansas City, the Sporting KC Academy and FC Kansas City.
This summer, the brand new All-Girls Residential Camp will debut from June 26th-28th for interested individuals between the ages of 13-18. The three-day camp will utilize Rockhurst College for overnight guests and the camp cost will include a ticket to a Sporting Kansas City match as well as meals on-site.
Sporting Kansas City's senior team coaches -- who have trained the likes of Kevin Hartman, Jimmy Nielsen, Kei Kamara and Dom Dwyer -- will serve as staff for the specialized Goalkeeper and Striker Camp from July 20th-22nd. The camp is open to boys and girls between the ages of 10-18 and is designed for players at those positions who are aiming to excel at the next level.
All Sporting Kansas City youth camps have a limited number of spots available on a first-come, first-served basis. Camp registrations will close once the maximum number of submissions has been reached. Costs vary by camp and include an adidas Sporting Kansas City t-shirt with each registration.
