Sporting Kansas City homegrown defender Jaylin Lindsey was put on the musical hot seat Monday afternoon, joining 610 Sports Radio hosts Carrington Harrison and Sean Levine to participate in The Drive TV Theme Song World Cup.
The 20-year-old Lindsey listened to eight different television theme songs before picking his top four—two each from Group E and Group F.

Jaylin Lindsey plays Theme Song World Cup in 610 Sports Radio
Lindsey and Sporting are in full-team training mode ahead of the MLS is Back Tournament, which will kick off July 8 at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Sporting has been drawn into Group D alongside Western Conference rivals Real Salt Lake, the Colorado Rapids and Minnesota United FC. Manager Peter Vermes' men will learn their group stage schedule in the coming days.
The MLS is Back Tournament group stage will run from July 8-23, followed by the Round of 16 (July 25-28), Quarterfinals (July 30 - Aug. 1), Semifinals (Aug. 5-6) and Championship (Aug. 11). The historic tournament will mark the first MLS action since play was suspended March 12 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For more information about the competition, click here.
