When the first ten players in the MLS All-Star Fan XI were announced on Sunday, three Sporting Kansas City players - Matt Besler, Graham Zusi and Aurelien Collin - made the cut. So it's no surprise that when soccer scribe Ives Galarcep releases a midseason Best XI that his rosters have more than a hint of Sporting blue.
Besler and Zusi were named to SBI's Midseason Best XI First Team. Collin and Claudio Bieler was chosen for the second team and Leawood, Kans. native Seth Sinovic was named the left back on the fourth team.

According to Galarcep: Graham Zusi and Matt Besler not only enjoyed strong runs with the U.S. Men’s National Team, they also continued to be among the very best in MLS in the process.
