Since its founding in 2013, The Victory Project has united Sporting KC players, fans and staff in the battle against childhood cancer. In addition to raising funds that address specific needs of children undergoing cancer treatment, the organization has shared incredible memories with nearly 130 Victory Project Honorees — special guests affected by cancer who are invited to Children’s Mercy Park alongside their families for an unforgettable experience at every Sporting KC home match.

In 2017, The Victory Project launched Sporting Wishes, a program that identifies children who receive a secondary cancer diagnosis or relapse and grants them a special wish. These wishes give children an opportunity to experience incredible joy and happiness with their families.
