A new episode of The Sporting KC Show Podcast debuted Tuesday night on Sports Radio 810 WHB with hosts Nate Bukaty and Carter Augustine.
Sporting Kansas City center back Graham Smith was among this week's guests, joining the show to discuss his increased role with the first team after spending most of the last 14 months with the Swope Park Rangers in the USL Championship.
In addition to hearing from Smtih, Bukaty and Augustine open the episode by recapping Liverpool's epic comeback victory over FC Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League Semifinals. They also welcome Brennan Williams, Sporting KC Manager of Youth Programs, to discuss this summer's Sporting Kansas City Fantasy Experience with Manager Peter Vermes.
The inaugural Fantasy Experience is a two-day adult camp created by Vermes that will run Saturday and Sunday, July 20-21. It will treat participants to a comprehensive professional soccer excursion, including a scrimmage at world-class Children’s Mercy Park, training and recover sessions at Pinnacle, happy hour celebrations and exclusive tours of Sporting’s world-class facilities.
