Compelling storylines flowed from the start as Sporting midfielder Roger Espinoza joined hosts Nate Bukaty and Carter Augustine from No Other Pub in the Kanas City Power & Light District, shortly after hundreds of fans convened to watch the United States Women's National Team post a record-setting 13-0 win over Thailand in the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup.
In a fast-paced episode that clocked in at under 50 minutes, Espinoza shared his thoughts on the keys to the U.S. WNT's success and his experiences representing Honduras in two World Cups. He also provided an update on his knee rehabilitation, indicating that he hopes to return to the pitch in the next few weeks, and discussed Sporting's recent road results against the Houston Dynamo and Toronto FC.
