A new edition of the Sporting KC Show aired on Sports Radio 810 WHB on Wednesday as hosts Aly Trost Martin and Nate Bukaty were joined by Sporting newcomer Tim Leibold ahead of Saturday night's home match against the Seattle Sounders.

Leibold signed with the club in January and appeared in each of the team's first three matches of the season. The 29-year-old has amassed more than 20 goals and 40 assists in nearly 300 matches in his native Germany and is now playing outside of Europe for the first time in his career after spending the last eight seasons at Nurnberg (2015-2019) and Hamburg (2019-2022).
Sporting Kansas City will host reigning Concacaf Champions League winners Seattle Sounders FC at 7:30 p.m. CT on Saturday at Children's Mercy Park. Tickets are available online from match sponsor SeatGeek, including standing room only tickets released earlier this week.
The Western Conference clash will kick off at 7:39 p.m. CT and will stream live on Apple TV for MLS Season Pass subscribers in both English and Spanish with pre-match programming starting at 7:10 p.m. CT.
