During the opening segment of his customary appearance on Sports Radio 810 WHB this morning, Sporting Kansas City captain Matt Besler took the role as host.
In an unforeseen role reversal, Besler presented Border Patrol hosts Nate Bukaty, Steven St. John and Jake Gutierrez with three separate but equally humorous "Would You Rather" scenarios. The end result makes for a laughable—if not downright thought-provoking—listen.
The conversation then shifted to Besler's boyhood athletic idol, NBA legend Michael Jordan. The basketball icon is the main subject of "The Last Dance," a documentary miniseries focusing on the 1997–98 Chicago Bulls that will debut Sunday night on ESPN. Besler cited Jordan as the greatest competitor of his generation and drew comparisons between the famous No. 23 and a former MLS striker that Besler faced earlier this decade.
