Can’t get enough of college sports? We can’t either! Check in with our NIL athletes with our weekly Sporting U NIL update, catch up on their biggest moments, their results, and all things NIL!

Kicking us off is University of Kansas midfielder/forward Hallie Klanke, who was named to Top Drawer Soccer’s National Team of the week after her 85th-minute equalizer against Border War Rivals, Mizzou soccer. This is Hallie’s second recognition of the season–and second in as many weeks–following a National Team of the Week honorable mention last week. Hallie’s heroics helped keep KU Women’s Soccer undefeated at 3-0-3.

University of Kansas running back Devin Neal had an incredible weekend, scoring two touchdowns in the Jayhawks’ Home Opener victory on Sept. 2 over Missouri State. Devin rushed for 94 yards and a TD, and added 3 catches for 25 yards and another TD in the air–celebrating his second touchdown in style... Really putting the futbol in football. Catch KU Football this Friday when the Jayhawks face Illinois in their Week 2 game.

There’s nothing like your first college game but it’s extra special capping it off with a win. Freshman Kicker Blake Craig and  Mizzou Football kicked off their season oAug. 31, with a 35-10 victory against South Dakota at home.  Catch Blake and the Missouri Tigers as they go up against Middle Tennessee this Saturday, Sept. 9 at 6 pm CT.

On the other side of the Border War, midfielder Keegan Good and Mizzou Women’s Soccer drew against KU Women’s Soccer this past Sunday. Keegan helped Mizzou keep the draw, dominating in the midfield and securing +1 on the road. Catch Keegan and Mizzou Soccer as they take on Illinois this Thursday Sept. 7 at home, then away at Missouri State on Sunday.

It’s a busy week for Jericho Frigon as K-State Soccer gears up for back-to-back home matches. Jericho and K State face off against Memphis on Sept. 7 and then Oral Roberts on Sept. 10 in Manhattan, KS. K-State looks to pick up two wins before the Big 12 play begins the following week.
