Swope Park Rangers forward Nansel Selbol has three goals in the running for the USL Fans' Choice Goal of the Year competition. Selbol claimed USL Goal of the Month honors in June, July and August and all three of those goals are in contention for the annual award.
Selbol's goals from June and July are directly up against one another in the First Round of voting, while his goal from August is up against Louisville City FC's Mark-Anthony Kaye.
Selbol won the award in June after a clinical finish earned SPR a 1-0 road win over LA Galaxy II on June 30:
The 20-year-old claimed his second Goal of the Month award in July with a stunning strike to seal a 2-0 victory, again on the road, against Seattle Sounders FC 2 on July 20:
The Sporting KC Academy product picked up his third consecutive monthly honor for a low strike from the edge of the area in the Rangers' eventual 2-2 draw with the Real Monarchs on August 18:
