TUNE IN: Watch free on Apple TV as Sporting KC and LAFC meet in U.S. Open Cup Final on Wednesday

Sporting Kansas City will play LAFC in the 2024 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup Final with kickoff set for 9:50 p.m. CT on Wednesday at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles.

Wednesday's winner will take home the championship trophy -- as well as a $300,000 grand prize -- and will have the team's name added to the Dewar Challenge Trophy which remains on permanent display at the National Soccer Hall of Fame.

The U.S. Open Cup Final will stream free via MLS Season Pass on Apple TV. Play-by-play voice Tyler Terens and analyst Devon Kerr, who called Sporting Kansas City's quarterfinal win over FC Dallas and semifinal win over Indy Eleven, will once again cover the commentary for Sporting's showdown in Tinseltown.

MLS Season Pass is available in more than 100 countries and regions through the Apple TV app on Apple devices, smart TVs, streaming devices, set-top boxes, and game consoles, as well as on the web at tv.apple.com. Fans can also access MLS Season Pass from the Apple TV app on Apple Vision Pro, where they can watch games alongside other apps in their space; within an Environment, so the screen feels 100 feet wide; and with Spatial Audio, for the most immersive viewing experience.

WATCH PARTY AT NO OTHER PUB

Pub Partners in the Sporting Pub Network will also show all of the action, including a watch party at No Other Pub (1370 Grand Blvd.) in the Kansas City Power & Light District. Doors will open at 9 p.m. CT and the initial 50 fans in attendance will receive their first drink on the club with food/drink specials ($4 domestics, $5 wells and 50% off nachos) available throughout the event as well as a raffle for premium giveaways.

The cup clash will be available in English on Sports Radio 810 WHB with Blake Aerni and Sam Kovzan on site at BMO Stadium in addition to Spanish-language commentary on La Grande 1340 AM with Diego Gutierrez, Josue Orantes and Javier Lainez on the call. Both broadcasts will stream live through the Sporting KC app, which is available to download on the App Store or Google Play store.
