Major League Soccer announced on Wednesday that Twitter voting is now open for the 2014 AT&T MLS All-Star Game. Voting opened at 11 a.m. CT today and will close on Sunday, July 6 at 10:59pm CT.
Sporting Kansas City has seven players on the All-Star ballot including goalkeeper Eric Kronberg, defenders Matt Besler, Seth Sinovic and Aurelien Collin, midfielders Graham Zusi and Benny Feilhaber and forward Dom Dwyer.
As of June 30, all seven Sporting KC players on the ballot were in the top six of their respective positions, with Besler leading all eligible defenders.

An eligible Twitter vote consists of the following things:
- #MLSAllStar
- The player's full name (first and last) with or without a space OR the player's Twitter handle
Fans can also vote for their favorite players by visiting MLSsoccer.com. Voting for the All-Star First XI will close on Friday, July 11 at 2 p.m. CT
Additional Twitter voting rules include:
- A user may vote for one player in a tweet; If the user votes for multiple players in the same tweet, only the first player's name will be counted as a vote.
- A user may only vote for players on the All-Star ballot (click here to see the online ballot).
- There is no limit to the number of tweets a user may submit for any one player. Go nuts.
- Each retweet of an eligible vote counts as one vote.
- Each Twitter vote counts equal to one online vote.
