Sporting Kansas City will aim to break the club record for the longest home winning streak across all competitions with a ninth straight victory at Sporting Park when the team takes on the Houston Dynamo at 7:30 p.m. CT on Tuesday in the 2015 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup quarterfinals. In-game radio coverage will be available locally on Sports Radio 810 WHB (English) and La Grande 1340 AM (Spanish), and a live stream presented by The Darol Rodrock Foundation will be available on SportingKC.com.
Tickets and parking for Tuesday's match are included in Sporting KC season ticket packages as Special Game A. Single-game tickets can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com, by calling 888-4KC-GOAL or at the Sporting Park box offices on gameday.
MLS action will resume on Friday with Sporting Kansas City's third match in a seven-day span as the team travels to play Real Salt Lake at 10 p.m. CT at Rio Tinto Stadium. The 2013 MLS Cup rematch will be nationally televised on UniMas and UDN (available in English), in addition to three hours of local coverage on KMCI-TV 38 the Spot beginning at 9:30 p.m. CT. Following the match, fans are encouraged to tune into Sports Radio 810 WHB for The Final Whistle: Sporting KC Postgame Show with Dave Borchardt.
On Tuesday, the Sporting Kansas City Academy U15s will begin play at the 2015 US Youth Soccer National Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma with their first of three games in as many days. Led by head coach Jon Parry, the U15's were crowned Kansas State Cup champions in May and Region II champions in June to secure their berth as one of eight national finalists in the under-15 age group.

Time Warner Cable SportsChannel will air the 2015 Kevin Gray Awards Show at 7 p.m. CT on Tuesday. The annual event, which is hosted in honor and memory of the late Kansas City Sports Commission president Kevin Gray, recognizes the best players, coaches and ambassadors for soccer in the Kansas City area. This year's winners are below:

- Male Youth Player of the Year: Zane Moxley (Sporting KC U18's)
- Female Youth Player of the Year: Parker Roberts (KC Metro Dynamos)
- Youth Coach of the Year: Craig Ewing (St. Thomas Aquinas)

The 2015 CONCACAF Gold Cup will conclude this weekend with the third place match (3 p.m. CT on Saturday on FOX Sports 2) and championship (6:30 p.m. CT on Sunday on FOX Sports 1) in Philadelphia. The match-ups will be set on Wednesday during a semifinal doubleheader at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, beginning with USA-Jamaica at 5 p.m. CT on FOX Sports 1 followed by Panama-Mexico at 8 p.m. CT on FOX Sports 2. Sporting Kansas City midfielder Graham Zusi has made two appearances for the U.S. Men's National Team during the tournament and will be available for selection by head coach Jurgen Klinsmann this week.
Alt-J, Awolnation and Taking Back Sunday are among the dozen bands that will take the stage at Sporting Park this Saturday during Buzz Beach Ball presented by Mazda and 96.5 the Buzz.
