2017: Appeared in 19 matches for Real Monarchs SLC, tallying one goal and three assists as the Monarchs won the USL Regular Season Championship. He recorded his first assist of the season in a 2-0 victory over Phoenix Rising FC on April 1, supplying the game-winning goal, before scoring his lone goal a week later with the opening strike in a wild 5-3 victory over Reno 1868 FC on April 6. He added further assists against OKC Energy FC on July 5 and San Antonio FC on July 22.
2016: Minter was selected in the Second Round (21st overall) of the 2016 MLS SuperDraft by Columbus Crew SC but did not sign with the club, instead joining Sacramento Republic FC. He made his professional debut on April 2 in a 1-0 victory over Phoenix Rising FC (then Arizona United SC) and played in six total games for Sacramento before joining Tulsa Roughnecks FC on loan. He made his debut for the club in a 2-1 loss to Orange County SC (then Orange County Blues FC) on August 4 and went on to make two more appearances for the club.
College: Minter played collegiate soccer at Cal Poly State University, recording 16 goals and a program-high 21 assists in 77 games. He led the Mustangs in assists (7) as a Sophomore before leading the team in both goals and assists as a Junior (7g, 5a) and Senior (7g, 6a). He was named to the Big West All-Academic Team during his Sophomore year, before being named to the NSCAA All-Far West Region and All-Big West first teams as a Junior. He also earned Cal Poly’s Big West Conference Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year and Big West All-Academic Team honors as a Junior. He was named Senior CLASS Award Second-Team Big-West Conference Midfielder of the Year in his final season with the Mustangs, while also being named to the All-Big West Conference First Team, while he was a MAC Hermann Trophy Watch List player. Minter also spent time in the USL Premier Development League, playing for the Des Moines Menace prior to his Freshman year at Cal Poly in 2011, and also represented the Ventura County Fusion in 2013 and 2014.
