Graham Zusi, Dom Dwyer among best-selling jerseys in MLS

Major League Soccer announced on Thursday the list of the top-20 best-selling adidas MLS jerseys. Sporting KC winger Graham Zusi made the list with the 13th best-selling jersey in Major League Soccer, while forward Dom Dwyer came in at No. 14. For the second consecutive year, Seattle Sounders FC and U.S. Men's National Team forward Clint Dempsey topped the list.

This is the second straight year Zusi has finished in the top 15 best-selling jerseys. The Sporting KC winger is in his seventh year with the club and is a four-time MLS All-Star. Zusi has twice earned MLS Best XI honors and has made 32 appearances for the U.S. Men’s National Team with three goals and six assists.

Zusi and Dempsey are the only players on the list to feature for the USMNT at last summer's 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. The University of Maryland product has 24 goals and 44 assists in his MLS career and was the only MLS player to register at least five goals and at least seven assists from 2011-2014.

Dwyer is the midst of another stellar campaign after scoring a team-best 22 regular season goals in 2014. The 25-year-old striker has 16 goals in all competitions this year including five during Sporting KC’s run to the 2015 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup championship. Dwyer is the first Kansas City player to record double digit goals in back-to-back seasons since Josh Wolff (2004 and 2005) and has scored the sixth most regular season goals in club history and the fourth most in all competitions.
