European powerhouse and seven-time defending German Bundesliga champion FC Bayern has announced the club's preseason roster for the 2019 International Champions Cup, which will feature a trip to Children's Mercy Park on July 23 for a showdown against heralded Italian side AC Milan.
Bayern's star-studded squad is highlighted by world-class striker Robert Lewandowski and five accomplished World Cup winners, namely goalkeeper Manuel Neuer, forward Thomas Muller, defender Jerome Boateng, right back Benjamin Pavard and midfielder Corentin Tolisso.
Tickets for the highly anticipated match between Bayern and Milan are available now at Ticketmaster.com with kickoff slated for 8 p.m. CT.
A total of 17 first-team Bayern players are slated to make the trip to Kansas City. An additional eight youth players will round out one of the most talented squads in the world as the German giants begin their preparations for the 2019-20 campaign.

In addition to winning five UEFA Champions League titles, most recently in 2013, Bayern have won a record 29 Bundesliga titles. Their current run of seven straight league championships is the longest in German top-flight history.
On the opposite sideline, AC Milan boasts seven Champions League trophies, the second-most all-time behind Real Madrid's 13. The Rossoneri have also claimed 18 Serie A titles as one of Europe's most accomplished clubs. AC Milan will unveil its preseason roster in the near term.
