Sporting Kansas City goalkeeper Eric Dick is one of five finalists for USL Save of the Month in August. Voting is open online at USLsoccer.com through 12 p.m. ET on Monday, September 10.
Dick earned USL Save of the Week honors in USL Week 23 thanks to his stunning stop to deny Antoine Hoppenot in a 3-3 draw with Reno 1868 FC at Children's Mercy Park on August 19, a result which sparked the start of SPR's current four-game unbeaten run.
A 23-year-old rookie, Dick grew up in Roeland Park, Kansas, and played collegiately at Butler University. He joined Sporting KC as the 13th overall pick in the 2018 MLS SuperDraft in January and has made 10 USL appearances for the Rangers in his rookie season, posting three shutouts and 36 saves.
