Swope Park Rangers striker Kharlton Belmar has been nominated for the USL Player of the Month award after tallying four goals and two assists in the opening month of the 2018 USL season.
Belmar, who was named USL Player of the Week for Week 1 of the campaign before also being included on the Team of the Week for Week 2. The 25-year-old signed an MLS contract with Sporting KC last September and has made one appearance for the senior team.
