Sporting Kansas City II confirmed today that the loan of defender Luis Olivera has expired, and he has returned to his parent club, Club Atletico Atenas in Uruguay.
Olivera made one appearance for Sporting II during the 2019 season, starting in a 4-1 road defeat to Loudoun United on September 25.
Sporting II is back in action this Saturday night when the side travels to take on perennial power Louisville City FC at Lynn Family Stadium with kickoff set for 6 p.m. on ESPN+.
