Recap: Wilson Harris, 18, scores first pro goal in Rangers 4-1 loss at Fresno FC

The Swope Park Rangers (7-4-4, 25 points) would lose 4-1 to Fresno FC (4-5-7, 19 points) at Chukchansi Park in Fresno, Calif., on Sunday night. Fresno would score four goals and the Rangers only goal would come in the 86th minute from 18-year-old Sporting KC Academy product Wilson Harris.

Fresno would take an early lead in the first half with a goal from Christian Chaney and an assist from Zachary Ellis-Hayden in the fourth minute.

Sporting KC Academy product and Fresno native Sebastian Cruz would have a great chance at pulling a second goal back for SPR with a shot to the top right corner of the goal, but Fresno’s goalie would be there to make the save.
