SPORTING KC ACADEMY IN ACTION THIS WEEKEND
The Sporting KC Academy will be in action this weekend as the U-15s (showcase) and U-17s (playoffs) travel to Nashville, Tennessee to compete in the MLS NEXT Cup Playoffs & Showcase. The U-17s qualified for the playoffs by winning their group at MLS NEXT Flex and will be one of 32 teams in their age group at the single-elimination competition. In addition, the Sporting KC Academy U-19s will conclude their UPSL spring campaign with a home match against Inter Wichita FC at 3 p.m. CT on Saturday at Swope Soccer Village (6310 Lewis Rd.) in Kansas City, Missouri.
