Two charter members of MLS square off Friday as Sporting KC (5-7-2, 17 points) hosts D.C. United at Children's Mercy Park. Both sides occupy seventh place in their respective conferences and seek a victory that would provisionally lift them back above the red line.

The game will be televised locally on 38 The Spot and nationally on UniMas, while listeners can follow the action live on 99.3 FM (English) and La Grande 1340 AM (Spanish).
