Sporting Kansas City signed Marcelin prior to the 2015 season. He made 39 appearances in MLS over two seasons split between the Portland Timbers (2011-2012) and FC Dallas (2012). He most recently was a member of the Fort Lauderdale Srikers in the North American Soccer League, playing 15 matches (including postseason) since signing in July 2014. A member of the Haiti Men’s National Team, Marcelin has competed in numerous international competitions during his professional career, including Olympic (2008) and World Cup (2010, 2014) qualifying.
2014: Made 15 appearances for NASL club Fort Lauderdale Strikers. Important part of Strikers midfield that helped club advance to the NASL Soccer Bowl, the league's championship match.
2013: Appeared in four matches for former USL Pro side Antigua Barracuda FC.
2012: Split the season between the Portland Timbers and FC Dallas. Played 19 MLS with six starts. Logged 14 minuntes of action on March 31 against Real Salt Lake ... Played the final 13 minutes of a 1-1 draw with FC Dallas on March 17 ... Made his season debut March 12 against Philadelphia as an 80th-minute sub.
2011: Made his MLS debut at New England on April 2 ... Went on to start 12 of his 20 league appearances throughout the season ... Became the first Timbers player to receive a yellow card in three straight matches July 10-23 ... Started and played 90 minutes of the club’s 2-0 win over Chivas USA in a U.S. Open Cup play-in match March 29 ... Started in an overtime loss to San Jose in U.S. Open Cup qualifying May 3 ...
