2019: USL Championship: Started four of 12 appearances (511 minutes played). 

2018: Karani made four appearances for the Rangers, earning his professional debut as a substitute against Saint Louis FC on June 2, 2018 before recording one assist against Fresno FC on June 17, 2018.

SKC Academy: Karani has been a part of the Sporting KC Academy since 2015, advancing from the Under-16 group to the Under-19s, playing in 56 overall games and recording 20 goals, including five in 10 appearances for the U-19s so far this season.
