The U.S. Men's National Team defeated St. Vincent and the Grenadines 6-0 on Friday in their penultimate match of the fourth round of CONCACAF's World Cup qualifying tournament. Sporting KC's Matt Besler scored his first international goal in the victory and both Besler and club teammate Graham Zusi went 90 minutes in the match.
